Spanish Mackerel, Mansfield Pass, South Padre Side

Spanish Mackerel caught at Mansfield Pass, 37 miles of wild beach beyond the end of pavement. One cannot drive further north on South Padre, or further south on Padre Island National Seashore, which is 60 miles north of the pass.
